For a home: the number of bedrooms and bathrooms, rough square footage, any pets, how often you would like us, and the date if it is a move-out. For a business: the type of space, square footage, the number of restrooms and kitchens, and the hours we can have the building. Photos sent by text help with both.
What happens next
