A short letter about what happens to your name, number and address once you share them with us.

Hello, and thanks for reading this far. When you ask us about a cleaning, you hand over a few personal details, and we think you deserve to know exactly where they go. You'll usually give us your name, a phone number, a ZIP code, the kind of cleaning you need and, if you choose, a note about the home or building: bedrooms and baths, pets, a gate code, a move-out date. You might give them through the form on this site, by calling (346) 474-5799, or by typing them into the chat window.
Calls to our number are picked up by an automated assistant that writes down what you tell it so a person on our scheduling team can call you back. Some calls are recorded so we get addresses and numbers right; you'll hear that mentioned when the call starts, and you can tell us you'd rather not be recorded. The chat window on this site is run for us by an outside chat provider. Whatever you type there, including your name and contact details, comes to us so we can answer you, and your browser keeps your recent conversations on your own device for up to 30 days so you can pick up where you left off.
Where your details go next
We use your details to call or text you back, to price the job, to schedule the visit and to send the crew the information they need to get in and do the work. The cleaning crew who comes to you sees your name, address, access instructions and the checklist for your home, and nothing more. We share information with no one else unless the law requires it, and we never sell it or rent it to anyone. To see which pages people find useful, we use Cloudflare's privacy-first analytics, which counts visits without cookies and without building a profile of you. There's no advertising tracking on this site.
We keep job records for as long as we need them for scheduling, billing and tax purposes. If you'd like us to show you what we hold about you, fix something, or delete your contact details once any job is finished, email hello@bayoucleaningco.com or call (346) 474-5799 and we'll take care of it. This site isn't meant for children, and we don't knowingly collect anything from anyone under 18. If this letter ever changes, we'll update the date at the top.
