What do I need to tell you?
For a home: bedrooms, bathrooms, rough square footage, pets, how often you'd like us and any move-out date. For a business: the type of space, square footage, restrooms and kitchens, and when we can have the building. A couple of photos by text help a lot.
How fast will I get a price?
For most homes, during the callback or later the same day. For large homes and every business, after a walkthrough, which we can usually arrange within a few days.
What does the written quote show?
The price per visit or per month, what's on the checklist, any add-ons you chose, the time window, and any sales tax or late-cancellation fee on its own line. Nothing is booked until you say yes.
Does the quote cost anything?
No. Calls, walkthroughs and written quotes are free, and there's no obligation.
What happens on the first visit?
The crew arrives in the agreed window, goes through the checklist with you if you're home (or works from it if you're not), and texts when they finish. You have 48 hours to tell us about anything missed.
What if it's urgent?
