Clean floors before opening, clean kitchens after close
In a shop or a restaurant the customer judges the whole business by what they see in the first ten seconds: the door glass, the floor, the restroom. We clean so those ten seconds go well.

For retail stores we clean either after close or early in the morning before opening, depending on your hours and staffing. The sales floor is dust-mopped and mopped or vacuumed, the entry glass and display cases cleaned, fitting rooms reset, counters and checkout areas wiped, restrooms cleaned and restocked, and trash and cardboard taken to the dumpster. Shopping centers and strip centers can add common-area cleaning, such as sidewalks swept and entrance glass for every unit.
For restaurants we work after close. Front of house first: tables, chairs, booths and high chairs wiped, floors swept and mopped, restrooms cleaned, glass and door handles. In the kitchen, floors are degreased and mopped, floor drains flushed, the outside of equipment and prep surfaces wiped, and walls around the line cleaned of splatter. Hood filter exchange and kitchen exhaust cleaning are specialist jobs governed by fire codes, and we leave them to a certified hood contractor; we will keep the kitchen ready for them.
Our crews work around your inventory and your food-safety rules. We do not handle food or move product, and we follow the chemical storage and labeling rules your health inspector expects.

Questions about retail & restaurant cleaning
Do you clean before stores open?
Yes. Early-morning cleaning is common for shops that close late or do not want a crew in the store in the evening.
Do you clean restaurant hoods?
We clean the outside of the hood and the walls around it. Kitchen exhaust and hood duct cleaning must be done by a certified hood cleaning contractor under fire code.
Can you work around health inspections?
We follow the chemical storage and labeling rules inspectors check, and we can schedule a deep clean before a planned inspection.
Do you clean shopping center common areas?
Yes: sidewalks, entrance glass, trash receptacles and restrooms for strip and neighborhood centers.
Can you supply restroom paper and soap?
Yes, at cost, or we refill from your stock.
Do you clean inside display cases?
Only if you empty them first. We do not handle merchandise.
