1. bayoucleaningco.com is a marketing and booking website for home and commercial cleaning in Houston and the surrounding suburbs of Harris, Fort Bend, Montgomery, Brazoria and Galveston counties.
2. Your request comes to us first. Calls to (346) 474-5799 are answered 24 hours a day by an automated assistant that takes your details; someone from our scheduling team then calls or texts you. Forms and chat messages come to the same team.
3. The cleaning is carried out by independent cleaning crews and companies we work with in the Houston area, not by the person who runs this website. We match your job to a crew based on the type of cleaning, your location and the schedule, and we'll tell you who is coming before the first visit.
4. We may be paid a referral or marketing fee by the crew or company that does the work. That arrangement is between us and them. It's never added to your bill and never changes the price you're quoted.
5. We measure what works. We track which pages and calls lead to bookings using cookieless analytics and call tracking. Some calls are recorded so details are captured accurately, and you'll hear a notice when that happens. Our privacy letter has the details.
6. We stay responsible. If something about the work isn't right, you come to us, not to a stranger. Our complaints policy explains how we handle it.

Texas doesn't license house cleaning or janitorial work, so neither we nor the crews hold a state cleaning license. If you'd like to know more about the crew assigned to you, just ask.
