Medical and dental office cleaning, done to a written routine
Houston is home to the Texas Medical Center, the largest medical complex in the world, and thousands of clinics, dental offices and therapy practices spread across the suburbs. Every one of them needs a clean that can be written down and checked.

Cleaning a clinic is different from cleaning an office. The order matters (clean to dirty, high to low), the products matter (disinfectants registered for the job and used for the full contact time on the label), and the boundaries matter. Our crews clean and disinfect the environment: exam tables, counters, door handles, chairs, waiting room furniture, restroom fixtures and floors. They do not handle clinical waste, sharps containers, instruments or anything inside a sterilization area; those stay with your staff and your medical waste contractor.
Before we start, we write the routine with your office manager: which rooms are cleaned nightly, which need attention between patients (usually your staff, with our porter available on busy days), which products your infection-control policy requires, and where we must not go. Color-coded cloths keep restroom cloths out of exam rooms. Mop heads are changed between areas. Everything goes into a checklist the crew signs.
We clean primary care and specialty clinics, dental and orthodontic offices, physical therapy and chiropractic practices, veterinary front offices and medical office buildings. Work is done in the evening, under the same key and alarm procedure as our other commercial clients.
On the checklist
- Exam rooms and operatoriestables, chairs, counters, light handles and touch points disinfected
- Waiting roomschairs, armrests, check-in counters and door handles

- Floorshard floors mopped clean to dirty; carpet vacuumed with HEPA filtration

Questions about medical office cleaning
Do you handle medical waste?
No. Clinical waste, sharps and biohazard materials stay with your staff and your licensed medical waste contractor. We clean and disinfect the environment.
What disinfectants do you use?
EPA-registered disinfectants appropriate to the area, used for the full contact time on the label, or the specific products your infection-control policy names.
Do you clean between patients?
Turnover between patients is normally done by your staff. A day porter can keep waiting rooms and restrooms in order during busy clinic hours.
How do you prevent cross-contamination?
Color-coded cloths and mop heads for each area type, cleaning from clean to dirty and high to low, and changing tools between areas.
Do you clean dental offices?
Yes: operatories, front office, restrooms and floors. Instruments and sterilization rooms are excluded.
Will your crew keep patient information private?
Crews do not open files, drawers or screens, and follow your rules on locked areas. We can sign your confidentiality agreement.
