Janitorial service for buildings that stay busy from opening to close
Some buildings cannot wait for the evening crew. Lobbies, restrooms and elevators in a busy Houston building need attention all day, and the night crew needs to know what the day porter found.

Janitorial service is cleaning plus building care. A nightly janitorial crew does the full clean of offices, restrooms, kitchens and floors, and also handles the things that keep a building running: refilling paper goods and soap, checking supplies against par levels, replacing trash liners, taking recycling to the dock, and reporting maintenance problems such as leaks, burned-out lights or a broken door closer to the building engineer.
A day porter works during business hours. Their day is a loop: lobby glass and entry mats, restroom checks and restocking every couple of hours, elevator cabs, break room resets after lunch, spills as they happen, and conference rooms between meetings. In a multi-tenant office building, a medical office building or a busy church on Sunday, a porter is the difference between a clean building at 8 a.m. and a clean building at 3 p.m.
Floor care runs on its own calendar. Vinyl and VCT floors are scrubbed and recoated, stone and terrazzo lobbies are machine-scrubbed and polished, and carpet is extracted on a quarterly or twice-yearly cycle. We schedule that work for weekends or evenings and put it in the same report as the nightly cleaning.

Questions about janitorial services
What is the difference between janitorial and commercial cleaning?
In practice the words overlap. We use janitorial for ongoing nightly service with supplies, floor care and maintenance reporting, and commercial cleaning for the overall program for a building.
What does a day porter do?
Keeps the busy parts of a building clean during business hours: lobby, restrooms, elevators, break rooms, spills and conference room resets.
Do you supply janitorial products?
We bring cleaning chemicals and equipment. Paper goods, soap and liners can be supplied by us at cost or by the building.
Can you work in occupied medical buildings?
Yes. See our medical office cleaning page for how exam rooms and clinical areas are handled.
How do you report problems?
By email or text to the contact you choose, the same night, with a photo where it helps.
Do you clean churches and schools?
Yes, on schedules built around services, events and school calendars.
