Who you'll be dealing with
From the first ring to the last swipe of the mop, here's who's involved.
Who answers the phone?
An automated assistant answers (346) 474-5799 at any time, takes down your name, number and what needs cleaning, and passes it straight to our scheduling team. It never sends you to a voicemail box, and it'll tell you it's automated if you ask.
Who calls me back?
Someone from the scheduling team. They ask about the space, write up your price, and book the day and time window that suits you. They're also who you talk to if you need to move a visit.
Who comes to clean?
An independent cleaning crew we work with, usually two people for a home and more for a larger home or a building. They bring the equipment and products and work from the checklist written for your place. We aim to send the same crew each time.
Who checks the work on business accounts?
A supervisor who inspects against your written scope on a regular schedule and sends a short report to your contact.
Who do I talk to if something's wrong?

Why no names or photos?
Crews change with the area and the schedule, and we'd rather tell you who is coming to your home directly than post a gallery. Ask, and you'll get the name before the first visit.
